Menstrual Health

Why do I get cramps even when I'm not on my period?

Mid-cycle cramping (mittelschmerz) is common and often linked to ovulation. However, persistent pain outside your period can indicate conditions like endometriosis or ovarian cysts and warrants a check-up.

Menstrual Health

Is it normal to have irregular periods in my 20s?

Mild irregularity (cycles varying by a few days) is common. However, cycles consistently shorter than 21 days or longer than 35 days, or missed periods without pregnancy, should be investigated.

Sexual Wellness

What does a healthy discharge look like?

Healthy discharge is typically clear to white, with a mild odour or no odour at all. It changes consistency throughout your cycle. Yellow, green, or foul-smelling discharge can signal infection.

Preventative Care

How do I know if I need a pap smear?

If you are 25 or older and sexually active, you should have a pap smear every 3–5 years. Earlier if you have a history of abnormal results or are immunocompromised.
